Dietary requirements & food allergy

We do our very best to accommodate certain dietary requirements however the Dumpling Making Workshop is not suitable for gluten intolerant guests. Typical Asian ingredients will be used during the workshop, such as: coriander, fresh garlic, ginger, onion, and shallot. We can’t guarantee that there is a trace of nuts in the restaurant.

Workshop Notes

We welcome Vegetarians / Vegans / participants with special dietary requirements to come learn how to make dumplings. The process of making dough and wrappers are the very important steps of the dumpling making.

However, we will be using chicken and pork during the workshop, in another words, you will take home chicken and pork dumplings. But, we will provide you assorted dumplings to meet your dietary requirements when we all dine together.

Vegetarian / Vegan dumpling making is complex and it's classed as advance level. We plan to have an advance workshop in the future, but we will provide you a recipe upon your request.

Unfortunately, this workshop can’t cater for gluten intolerant participants.  Due to the possibility of someone having seafood allergies we wont be using any kinds of seafood in our workshop either.

Do we hold Private workshops?

Yes – we offer private dumpling making workshops. Please contact us for further information.
